We use the phrase the Home Bank to encapsulate everything a consumer spends over the course of a year.

They can be tenants or homeowners, first time buyers or retirees and whether they purchase goods and services online or via the high street the Home Bank is what any consumer facing business should want to know their share of and how to ultimately how to get a bigger slice.

Through adoption of our methodology our clients will be able to also build a sustainable retention model that increase their existing lifetime customer value and ultimately gives them a far greater share of their customers ‘Home Bank’ than they currently get from simply offering their core products or services.

A consumer purchases an item of clothing from a retailer. At this point the retailer has finished their engagement with that consumer.

However the consumer is also in the market to save money on their household energy bills, buy insurances, even go on vacation – so why wouldn’t the clothing retailer engage with them and ultimately get a chance to get a greater share of that consumers ‘Home Bank’.

What their customer feels is that they are being offered products and services which meet their needs and are relevant to their lives and importantly save them money. This means the customer is not just being marketed to endlessly for no reason.

Tie this to a brand which they already trust and you have a powerful marketing tool.
